The wide one
Bayliners of this era were drawn with an unusually wide beam, and guests notice it before anyone explains it — the deck holds a full dining table in the shade behind the captain, the lounge below seats a family around a U-shaped sofa, and no one negotiates for space. Two of you will feel unhurried; six of you will feel complete.
Below deck: a resting berth, a spotless bathroom, and a compact galley with a stove, microwave, and fridge. Above: a cushioned sun pad at the bow for two. Twin Mercury engines move the vessel at a cruiser's pace — this is a yacht for the ride, the anchor, and the long lunch, not the race.
An open-air vessel — no air conditioning, and none missed under way; the bay's breeze crosses the shaded deck, and the berth below holds the warmest hour. Personally inspected before every charter, with the partner crew briefed on your day before you reach the dock.

There is no flybridge and no second deck. There is no air conditioning — the bay provides the breeze instead. Ten guests fit; six travel best, and we will tell you which your day calls for.
A vessel scaled to one table, one sun pad, and one afternoon that belongs entirely to your party. A group of ten who want a dance floor should be on a different yacht — and we will say so before you book, not after.

A private chef cannot be added — the galley is too small for live cooking. For a plated dinner at anchor, vessel 1L7 holds the table.

HOLIDAY RATE ADJUSTMENT
Festive Season — December 20 to January 6: charter rates carry a +30% seasonal rate.
New Year's Eve, from 6:00pm: one evening sailing per vessel, timed for the fireworks over the bay — +80%.
Deposits for charters on December 24, 25, 31 and January 1 are non-refundable. The calendar is limited by design — we recommend reserving early.

How much does it cost to charter a private yacht from Marina Puerto Vallarta?
Rates for this 38 ft motoryacht begin at 1,700 USD for four hours with up to three guests, and reach 3,400 USD for eight hours with up to ten. Every rate includes the licensed partner crew, Signature Catering, all water toys including the sea scooter, and IVA — the figure you see is the figure you pay.
How many guests does this yacht hold comfortably?
Up to ten guests may board; from two to six is where this vessel is at its best. The wide beam gives it more usable deck than most 38-footers — one table in the shade, a sun pad at the bow, and a lounge below. When your party calls for a different scale of vessel, we will say so before you book.
Where do we board?
At Marina Puerto Vallarta, at no charge — this is the vessel's home dock, minutes from the Hotel Zone and the Romantic Zone. If boarding closer to your hotel is easier — Nuevo Vallarta, Los Muertos, La Cruz, Mismaloya, or Punta de Mita — we reposition the vessel for a stated fee, shown above.
What is the sea scooter, and is it really included?
A handheld underwater scooter that pulls you gently through the water at anchor — think snorkeling without the kicking. It is charged and on board for every charter at no added cost, good for roughly thirty minutes of use, and the crew shows you how before you get in.
Is this yacht right for children?
Yes — life vests come in children's sizes, a children's menu is available on request, and the shaded deck and calm cruising pace suit family days. Tell us the ages when you inquire and we plan the day around them.
Can we bring our dog?
Small dogs are welcome on this vessel — one of the few in the collection where they are. Tell us when you inquire and we plan the day with your dog in mind, including shade and fresh water on deck.
Can we fish from this yacht?
Light trolling rods are on board for the ride — a line in the water on the way south, nothing more serious. For a dedicated sportfishing day with a fighting chair and tournament gear, our fishing charters are composed for exactly that.
