What makes Boat and Bay different?
Boat & Bay is a boutique yacht experience agency in Puerto Vallarta and the Riviera Nayarit.
We are not a rental company — we are a curator. We select private yachts from a small list of vetted partner operators, subcontract our own private chef, bar, photography, and every add-on directly, and serve as your single bilingual point of contact from first inquiry to departure.
Our founder personally composes every charter, briefs every partner crew in their language, and conducts a 60-minute pre-boarding inspection before your guests arrive. We are a registered Mexican business with proper invoicing, transparent pricing, and no hidden card fees.
We take a limited number of charters each week because this is the only scale at which the standard we hold is possible. Our guests are American and Canadian travelers who would rather pay for someone else's thinking than do the research themselves — and who want their most important moments held by a named person, not left to the chance of a generic rental.
Meet Oksana, Founder of Boat and Bay
Hi, I’m Oksana — the face (and heart!) behind Boat and Bay. Originally from Europe, I’ve spent my life living, learning, and laughing across six countries — from Germany and France to Cuba, Spain, Lithuania, the U.S., and now my beloved home: Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. You could say I’m a true citizen of the world, and I like to think I bring the best of it all into everything I do.
I speak six languages (and yes, sometimes all in the same sentence 😄) — but more than anything, my passion is connecting with people. That’s what led me to create Boat and Bay. I’m not just renting yachts — I’m helping people create magical moments on the water. When you sail with us, it’s personal. I put my heart into making sure your day is seamless, special, and full of joy.
I’ve been lucky to experience the full spectrum of hospitality — from five-star hotels to little local spots only the locals know — and I’ve taken the best of those lessons to build Boat and Bay: where luxury meets genuine care, and where you feel truly looked after.
